| 摘 要： | 私营企业的诞生和发展与国内法律政策环境的变化息息相关。通过企业外部法律政策环境与私营企业发展的相关性分析,了解法律政策环境因素对私营企业发展规模和盈利能力的影响情况,得出结论:党和政府政策对私营企业的发展规模有显著影响,部门规章及政策对私营企业发展各方面的影响都非常显著,其中房地产、租赁和商务服务行业更为明显。

| Abstract: | The birth and growth of private enterprises are closely related to the change of the domestic legal policy environment. Through correlation analysis of enterprise external legal policy environment and development of the private enterprise, understanding effects of the legal policy environment factors on the development scale and profitability of the private enterprise, then we come to the conclusion that the party and the government policy has a significant impact on the development size of private enterprises, departmental regulations and policy influence all aspects of the development of private enterprises very significantly, especially the real estate, leasing and commercial service industry. |
