摘 要: | 作为电子政务本质的电子化公共服务的功能水平标志着我国政府网站电子政务的发展水平,对其进行科学有效的评估,有利于正确认识公共服务功能实现过程中的问题及实现水平,同时科学合理的评估体系的建立对于电子政务的发展具有一定的目标指向作用。

Abstract: | As the nature of e-government, the function level of electronic public service marks the development level of government websites in our country electron government affairs, carrying on the scientific and effective evaluation is conducive to correctly understanding the problems and implementation level in the process of public service functions implementation, at the same time, the establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system has certain goal-oriented function for the development of e-government. |
