| Abstract: | With the establishment of individual and private economy's important position affirmed by the 16th CPC, the route of encouraging, supporting and leading the non-public economy's development steadily is emphasized. Hence, according to the actual condition of Dazhou and combining with the experience of the coastal areas, this article raises some solutions and measures to vigorously develop individual and private economy. |
