摘    要:湿法消解样品后,ICP.AES法同时测定成鸭蛋中铜、铁、锌3种微量元素的含量。优化实验条件下,RSD为0.16%~0.76%,加标回收率为98.37%~106.85%。方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏。

Abstract:After digesting samples by wet method,three elements,Cu,Fe and Zn in salted duck eggs are determined simultaneously by ICP-AES.Under the optimal conditions,RSD is 0.16%~0.76%,the recovery of standard addition is 98.37%~106.85%.The method is simple,fast,accurate and intelligent.
