仿真确定感应电动机阻容制动时阻容元件的参数值

摘    要:根据三相感应发电机稳态等效电路,用最优化方法计算激磁电容临界值;根据三相感应电动机在d-q静止坐标系下的动态数学模型,考虑主磁路饱和对激磁电感的影响,用MATL-AB/SIMULINK内含的功能模块构造了一个适合于三相感应电动机阻容制动瞬态过程的仿真模型,对三相感应电动机的阻容制动运行过程进行仿真计算来确定制动电阻值。为从事三相感应电动机阻容制动装置的设计者选择激磁电容和制动电阻提供一种行之有效的方法。

Abstract:By means of the steady-state equivalent circuit of three-phase induction generator, the optimization method was applied to calculate boundary values of the excitation capacitor. According to the dynamic mathematical model of three-phase induction machine in d-q axes stationary coordinates system, the magnetizing inductance variation with the transient saturation of main flux path was taken into account and SIMULINK simulation model was worked out whichapplied to resistance-capacitance braking operation process of three-phase asynchronous motors. The simulation model was applied to calculate braking resistance through emulating resistance-capacitance braking operation process of three-phase induction motor. An effective mean of selection of the exciting capacitance and braking resistance was offered for the designer of the brake apparatus.
