论“期望杯”培育工程对青年教师入职培养的影响

如何使青年教师更快更好的成长,造就一支高素质的师资队伍,已成为高职院校发展中十分紧迫而重要的课题。我院"期望杯"青年教师培育工程对青年教师的入职培养做出了一些尝试。

Effect of Training New Teachers Through "Hope Cup"

With the development of higher vocational colleges, training new teachers is particularly important. It is objectively demanded in the development of higher vocational education that such special ranks of teachers be trained, with the ideas of higher vocational education, fairly good ability in both the oretical and practical teaching and enterprising spirit. This article describes some feelings and experiences of the training new teachers through ＂Hope Cup＂ in Nanjing College of Chemical Technology.
