超临界CO_2催化栀子苷水解制备栀子蓝色素

摘    要:通过超临界CO2与甲醇共热催化栀子苷水解,并将水解产物栀子苷元与精氨酸钠合成栀子蓝色素.利用分光光度法测定色素的色价从而对超临界CO2的酸催化效果进行评价.研究结果表明:在20 MPa、140℃、反应4h得到的栀子苷水解产物可以与精氨酸钠缩合制得色价为248,纯度为98.2%的栀子蓝色素.该方法不仅为栀子苷水解制备栀子蓝色素提供了新的思路,而且拓展了超临界CO2作为酸催化剂应用于糖苷的水解.

Abstract:Through hydrothermal hydrolysis of geniposide under supercritical carbon dioxide condition,and use the hydrolyzate and arginine to synthesis gardenia blue pigment. We make use of spectrophotometry to measure the color value of pigment thus evaluate the catalyst efficiency which is catalyzed by supercritical carbon dioxide. The results demonstrate that hydrolyzate of geniposide obtained by 4 hours of reaction under condition of 20Mpa and 140℃ can synthesis gardenia blue pigment which the color value reached 248,and the purity was 98.2%. with Lysine sodium. In conclution,this method provided a new concept to synthesis gardenia blue pigment by hydrolysis of geniposide,and also introduced the supercritical carbon dioxide as acid catalyst to applied in the hydrolysis of glucoside.
