柱层析分离制备阿维菌素B1的研究

摘    要:研究了以硅胶为固定相的层析柱分离阿维菌素B1的分离效果。不同洗脱液、不同比例及不同样品量比较结果表明,以石油醚:异丙醇=7:1、硅胶柱容量400g、加样量12mL为最适宜层析柱分离B1的条件。

Abstract:It was concluded that Avermectin B_1 was separated from the complexs more efficiently using silica gel powder as the chromatographic column than using other kind of chromatographic columns. The comparative test of different eluents, various proportion and sample amounts showed that the optimum condition of separating Avermectin B_1 was petroleum ether : isopropylatcohol = 7:1, capacity of silica gel column = 400g, and sample amounts = 12ml.
