| 摘 要： | 改革开放和加入WT0，使中国企业的经营环境发生了巨大的变化，人本思想日益受到企业的重视。人力资源管理的目标应该是为企业创造价值，重点是根据企业的发展战略确立人才标准，进一步为企业发现人才，留住关键人才。
