服务社区--艺术高校毕业生自主创业的创新思维

近年来,我国高校毕业生就业难已成为一个社会的热点问题,备受各级政府及社会各界的热切关注。艺术高校(包括高校艺术专业)毕业生融入社会有其自身专业特殊的内因及社会接纳的复杂外因。认真研究在社会主义市场经济与社会结构大变迁的环境下,艺术高校毕业生灵活就业、自主创业的道路与策略,不但对高校将自己的“产品”顺利投放“市场”有着重要的现实意义,同时对今后如何适应市场经济和社会发展的需要,及时调整艺术高校的发展策略及教学方法同样有着积极的作用。

Service Community--Innovative Thinking of Self-employed Art Graduates

In recent years, employment difficulty of graduates has become a serious problem in our country. Governments at all levels and people pay much attention to it. There are both internal and external cause in the difficulty of art graduates' employment. We should study the employment and self-employed tactics of art graduates under the environment of the socialist market economy and great changes of social structure. By doing so, there are not only realistic synificance in the employment of art graduates, but also positive effects for art universities to meet the need of market economy and social development, and to adjust their development tactics and teaching method.
