黄粉虫的营养保健作用

摘    要:为了解黄粉虫油脂和去油虫渣的营养保健作用,将黄粉虫油脂和去油虫渣掺入饲料,饲喂初成年的ICR小鼠,测定了其对小鼠的学习记忆能力和抗疲劳能力的影响;同时研究了黄粉虫全虫干粉对皮下注射了D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠的影响。结果表明:分离后的黄粉虫油脂和油渣均能提高小鼠的抗疲劳能力;但仅黄粉虫油渣可促进其学习能力。饲料中掺入黄粉虫幼虫干粉,使其在饲料中的质量分数为0.05和0.10,可抑制D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠体重的降低,显著提高其脾脏和胸腺的脏器重量,增强免疫力;但对血清抗氧化能力无明显的改善作用。

Abstract:Effect of oil and residue excluded oil of Tenebrio molitor Linneeus on ability to learn and memorize of ICR mice and their antifatigue ability were studied in this paper in order to find out their health functions.The effects of powder of dried Tenebrio molitor Linneeus larvae on senility model mice caused by injecting D-galactose under skin were also studied in the meantime.The results showed that: Both the oil and the residue separated could promote anti-fatigue ability of mice;but only the latter could improve their ability to learn.There were apparently effects on the weight of spleen or thymus and relieving the reduction of body weight of senile mice,when the weight ratio of the dried powder in their feed was 0.05 or 0.10.But the evident effect on activity of SOD,content of MDA in serum of mice was not witnessed in this experiment.
