| 摘 要： | 高校贫困生是高等学校中的一个特殊群体，科学界定和扶助高校贫困生是加强和改进贫困生德育工作的前提，着眼于高校贫困生的需要，培养其良好的情绪是加强和改进贫困生德育工作的保障；多渠道全方位帮助高校贫困生树立正确的价值观是加强和改进贫困生德育工作的关键。
