| 摘 要： | 不良资产是各国银行业普遍都曾遭遇过的一个棘手问题。从各国处理不良资产的观念与政策、模式、方法以及处理资金来源和损失的承担等几个方面做了一系列比较，并在此基础上总结了银行重组与不良资产清算中应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The problem of the bad assets is a knotty problem commonly encountered by the banking business of each country. This paper makes a series of comparisons of the conceptions, modes and methods of treating the bad assets by each country, the origins of the treating funds, and the loss responsibility, etc., and based on this, sums up some problems needing attention in the course of the recombination of the banks and the clearance of the bad assets. |
