摘    要:应用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪、H-600型透射电子显微镜研究了不知火杂柑叶片异常黄化及其对解剖特征的影响.主要结果表明:不知火黄化叶的Zn、Mg和Ca含量均处于低量水平,且均显著低于蒰柑;而其SOD、POD和CAT活性、MDA含量均相对高于其正常叶.不知火黄化叶叶肉细胞的细胞核核膜模糊降解,叶绿体数目明显减少,一些叶绿体形态发生肿胀、呈球形,类囊体片层结构模糊,叶绿体基质中质体小球数量显著增多,细胞质中出现了多泡体.本文还就不知火叶片异常黄化的原因及其对解剖特征的影响进行了讨论.

Abstract:Leaf abnormal chlorosis of shiranuhi(Citrus reticulata ×(C. reticulata×C. sinenesis)) and its effects on anatomical features were investigated with inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry and H-600 transmission electron microscope. The main results showed that Zn, Mg and Ca concentrations in chlorotic leaves from shiranuhi were at low levels and significantly lower than those of ponkan(C. reticulata), while superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and catalase activities, malondialdehyde contents were relatively high in chlorotic leaves compared with its normal leaves. In mesophyll cells of chlorotic leaves from shiranuhi, the number of chloroplast significantly decreased, nuclear envelope became blurred, some chloroplasts swelled and their shapes turned to round, thylakoid lamellar structures were vague, and large numbers of plastoglobuli were found in stroma of chloroplast, several multivesicular bodies were additional localized in cytoplasm. Causes of leaf abnormal chlorosis of shiranuhi and its effects on anatomical features were discussed herein.
