| 摘 要： | 多种控制网络同时存在于同一自动化控制系统中已经非常普遍,如何在不同网络之间实现数据路由,显得尤其重要。介绍了轧管机控制系统的组成、对网络路由功能的需求以及在项目中如何实现路由。项目实现了通过S7-300PLC从Ethernet(工业以太网)网络到Profibus-DP网络的路由,并完成了工程师站对变频器站参数的读取和修改。

| Abstract: | The phenomenon of that a variety of control networks exist in the same automation control system at the same time has become so common, and how to achieve the data routing among different networks is particularly important.This paper introduces the composition of tube mill control system,the demand for network routing functions,and how to realize the routing in the project. The results show that S7 routing can be realized from industrial ethernet to Profibus-DP by S7- 300PLC,and the frequency converter station＇ s parameter reading and modifying can be accomplished in engineer station |
