| 摘 要： | 目的：提高阴囊疾病治愈率，减少并发症．方法：回顾性分析内蒙古民族大学附属医院泌尿外科2004—01～2009—06收治的300例阴囊手术患者的临床资料．结果：285例病人手术后未发生阴囊水肿及血肿，15例病人发生轻度阴囊水肿及阴囊内血肿，无一例二次手术．结论：自制阴囊丁字带可降低阴囊疾病术后并发症，加速其术后恢复率，是一种疗效确切、简便可行的治疗方法．

| Abstract: | Objective： To improve the cure rate and reduce complications of scrotum disease. Methods： Retrospectively analysed 300 cases clinical data of scrotal surgery, which treated in urinary surgery department of affiliated hospital of inner mongolia university for nationalities from January 2004 to June 2009. Results： After surgery, 285 patients didn＇t oceurr scrotal edema and hematoma, 15 patients occun＇ed mild scrotal edema and scrotal hematoma, no patients underwent second surgery. Conclusion： The self made T-helt can reduce the postoperative complications of scrotum disease, accelerate postoperative recovery rate, so it is a curative, simple and feasible method. |
