| Abstract: | Based on the importance and the role of the college libraries,this paper introduces the theory of humanism,points out the necessity and the effective ways of humanistic administration in the college library management,including changing intrinsic ideas,improving opinions,establishing incentive mechanism,building harmonious interpersonal relationship,developing human resource,cultivating team spirit and constituting collective leadership. |
