摘    要:本文论述了前人不曾注意的CTO逆变器吸收电路在PWM工作状态下的特殊工作过程。对此过程进行完整的理论分析后,给出了该过程中吸收电路在主回路内形成的独立电流公式,并依此得出了吸收电容不能过大的结论,给出其上限。本文的论点经过了实验的验证。

Abstract:Presented in this paper is a special working process, long neglected in the snubber circuit of GTO inverters in the mode of PWM.After a complete theoreticl analysis of the specical working process is deduced the formula for the independent current created by the snubber circuit of this process in the main-loop.It follows from the formula that the absorption capacitance must be limited, and the upper limit of the capacitance is calculated. The argument put forward in this paper has been proved by experiments and it will be of important reference value in the design of PWM-GTO inverters.
