| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了嘉量原理及嘉量计算公式,建立了整体防洪规划的数学模型,通过实例计算,证明该方法计算简便有效,在整体防洪规划方面不失为有效的方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the basic theory of jar-metric principle and jar-met ric calculat ion formular are described. Mathemat ical models of structural flood control system are established.By means of case study ,it has been proved this way is well-knit in theory, simple in calculation and highly in adaptable for structural flood control system. |
