摘    要:360度绩效反馈是在企业中已经被广泛使用的绩效评价方式,它具有获得信息全面、准确客观的优点。在我国公共部门进行改革,提出建设服务型政府的今天,运用360度反馈思想改进我国公务员绩效考核,具有十分重要的现实意义。

Abstract:360 degree feedback is a kind of performance appraisal way widely used in enterprises.It has the advantages of obtaining complete and concise and objective information.It is of great significance to use 360 degree feedback thought to improve examination of our official servants today when our public departments carry out reform and build service-oriented government.
