| 摘 要： | 优质生源是指学校中品学兼优的学生。调查发现,苏北农村学校优质生源流失现象严重,这直接影响了农村学校的生存和发展。其中教学质量低下、优秀教师的流失和无序的生源争夺是导致农村学校优质生源单向流失的主要原因。为此农村学校需从提高教育教学质量、留住优秀教师和规范招生秩序等方面着手来吸引生源。

| Abstract: | The excellent matriculates refer to the students of good character and fine scholarship.The survey found the running-off of excellent matriculates in the rural schools of north Jiangsu province is very serious,directly influencing the survival and development of the rural schools.The causes for this are low quality of teaching,running-off of excellent teachers and disorderly competition for matriculates.Therefore rural schools should improve teaching quality,retain qualified teachers and regulate admission order to attract students. |
