摘    要:为了提高大型胶带输送机液体粘性软启动装置的控制精度和可靠性,设计了一种组合式电液数字阀。这种阀基于流体脉码调制原理(Pulse Code Modulation简称PCM),由若干个开关阀组合而成,具有抗污染性好、结构简单、价格低廉等特点,很适合应用于胶带输送机等大型机械设备的计算机控制电液伺服系统。

Abstract:In order to improve the control precision and unfailing performance of the large-scale belt conveyer soft-start device, a kind of combination digital valve was designed. Based on pulse code modulation principle, the combination digital valve which is made of many on-off valves has a lot of advantage such as being simple in structure, good in anti-pollution and cheap, so it is suitable for application in electrohydraulic servo system control by the computer of some large-scale mechanical equipment like the long- distance belt conveyer.
