Abstract:The limitations of static transmembrane signal transduction model and the data from electrophysiology experiments are analyzed. We use genetic algorithms to optimize the kinetics parameters of the model according to the characteristic of random stimulus and response under physiological circumstance. The results conform to the mass experiment data obtained. The genetic algorithms embody some common characteristics and the particularities of cellular transmembrane signal transduction in the process of optimization.
