| 摘 要： | 研究了仙鹤草中鞣质的提取方法，探讨提取溶剂的种类、提取方法对鞣质收率的影响。结果表明，以工业甲醇冷浸２次，结合溶剂萃取方法，提取效果较佳，鞣质的提取率可达５０％，经定性鉴定，所得鞣质主要为缩合鞣质部分。

| Abstract: | A process to extract tannin from Herba Agrimoniae is studied,and the effects of solvent in the extracts and extraction method on the yield of tannin are discussed.The results show that extraction of cold soaking by industrial grade methanol and then used solvent extraction are satisfaction,the extraction rate of tannin is up to 50%.The result of qualitative analysis shows that the extracted tannin is most condensed tannin. |
