青霉素浓度测定仪的研制

摘    要:用传感器检测液体浓度是分析测试领域中先进测试手段之一。本文介绍一种以生物传感器为探头的青霉素浓度测试仪,简要地叙述了传感器的信号转换原理和仪表的测量原理,着重介绍了测量装置的设计原则和结构特点;较详细的说明了传感器与配套仪表的性能参数。该测试仪能够准确、快速地显示青霉素浓度值,且操作简便。

Abstract:To detect liquid concentration by a sensor is an advanced measurement method in the range of analysis and measurement. In this paper the study of penicillin concentration measuring instrument whose detector is a biosensor is presented. The principle of signal conversion of the sensor and the principle of signal measurement of the instrument are briefly described, but the emphasis will be placed on the design principle and the structure feature of the measurement unit. The performance parameters of the sensor and the instrument are introduced in detail. The measurement system can show correctly and quickly tile concentration value of penicillin and be operated conveniently too. All tests and applications verify that the results are satisfactory. The sensor measurement method has a wide applicable prospect.
