| 摘 要： | 和谐社会目标的提出为法学教育带来许多新课题。和谐社会“以人为本”的价值取向、全面发展的目标和对“法治”的内在要求,决定了法学教育应从转变教育观念、拓宽教育口径、调整教育目标、强化国际化意识等方面入手,在构建和谐社会中发挥更加积极的作用。

| Abstract: | The goal of the society puts many new questions for the education for law. The valuable dependence on the society is based on human beings. Inner request of thorough development and requirements of legality decide the education for law that has to start with the parts of changing idea, widening educational lines, adjusting educational aim and strengthening international awareness so as top lay a positive part in the structure of the harmonious society. |
