略论"以德治国"与高校德育建设

“以德治国”思想是我们党在新的历史时期提出的重要治国方略，是加强社会主义精神文明建设的内在要求，也是高校德育建设的题中应有之义。在高校实施“以德治国”必须重视德育建设，强化德育管理，教育学生学会做人；同时，认真贯彻“以德治国”思想，对于培育“有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律”的社会主义建设者和接班人，有重大的理论意义和实践意义。

A Brief Analysis of Building Our Country on the Basis of Morality and the Moral Education in Colleges and Universities
