摘    要:Based on the performance assessment theory of enterprise and government home and abroad and the analysis of government performance assessment system of Zhaoyuan,this dissertation points out that the major strong points of the current performance assessment system as well as its problems.puts forward suggestions for the reconstruction of government performance assessment system of Zhaoynan so as to quantify assessment system and rationalize assessment criteria.The major renovation of the dissertation is assessment target reprogramming in the government performance assessment system of Zhaoyuan;the results is that assessment target and process are more rational and fair which can authentically reflect government performance of Zhaoyuan.
