淫羊藿大孔树脂吸附工艺和树脂寿命的研究

在实验条件下,使用大孔树脂对淫羊藿吸附、洗脱后,对树脂进行简单处理,继续上样。分别利用高效液相法和紫外分光光度法,以朝藿定C,淫羊藿苷,总黄酮为指标成分,考察树脂的使用寿命。大孔树脂对淫羊藿上样液重复吸附、洗脱七次,收率变化不大;树脂吸附能力没有下降。洗脱第八次时,转移率有开始明显下降。实验证明大孔吸附树脂可连续多次对淫羊藿有效成分分离纯化,树脂处理方法容易(不必每批用酸碱再生)。

The Researches on the Chromatography for Herba Epimedii with Macroporous Absorption Resin and Useful Life of the Resin
