冰雪天气下高速公路交通安全保障体系的建立

在高速公路运营过程中,自然灾害风险是最直接也是最主要的风险之一,其中对于西北地区高速公路而言,冰冻、雨雪、大雾等各种恶劣天气是对高速公路交通造成重大影响的主要因素。本文通过分析冰雪天气对高速公路行车造成的影响,以及现阶段我国高速公路应对冰雪天气工作存在的弊端,提出了建立有效的冰雪天气下高速公路交通安全保障体系。
