| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨以血液改变为首发症状的系统性红斑狼疮的诊断；方法：分析、观察10例病人的诊断及治疗过程．结果：可以防止不典型的系统性的红斑狼疮的误诊误治．结论：医生注意对血液改变病人的分析、观察能早期发现不典型红斑狼疮病人，减少误诊误治．

| Abstract: | Objective:This article mainly talk about the systemic lupus Erythematosus whose first symptom is the change of blood;Methods:It is concluded from the observation and analysis during the process of diagnoses and treatment of 10 cases;Results:It prevents non-typical SLE from being wrong diagnosed and treated;Conclusion:Doctors should pay more attention to the patients whose blood has changed in order to discover non-typical SLE in its early time and to reduce wrong diagnoses and treatment. |
