浅议新课程标准下的数学教师

摘    要:扑面而来的数学新课程改革,迫切要求广大中学数学教师在前瞻性和现实性相结合上,在理论与实践相结合上,对新课程标准的改革意义、作用和操作予以理解;在规范与创新上对新课程标准的体系结构予以充分的把握.本文从数学新课程标准和新教材的特点出发,分别对数学教师在实施新数学课程中的地位与作用、在新课程教学中的5个转变和教师角色的转变的3个方面进行了探讨.

Abstract:Confronting the reformation of the fresh mathematic curriculum criterion, It is in urgent need of the middle school mathematics teachers to understand the meaning, function and operation of reforming the fresh mathematic curriculum criterion under the join of foreseeing ability and reality and theory and practice, and to grasp the system and framework of the fresh mathematic curriculum criterion under norm and innovation. In this paper, in term of the character of the fresh mathematic curriculum criterion and new textbook, the author has respectively discussed the status and effect, five changes and the conversion of teacher's status in the course of implementing the fresh mathematic curriculum criterion.
