摘    要:SiO2包覆铝粉(Al@SiO2)是目前应用最广的水性金属颜料, 但Al@SiO2仍为银色, 且不能耐强酸强碱腐蚀.依据SnO2的特性,SnO2包覆铝粉(Al@SnO2)可制得耐腐蚀性更优的水性金属颜料,且该颜料兼具光催化活性和隐身性能.本文前驱体采用无水四氯化锡/异丙醇,反应介质采用异丙醇/水,探讨了核为铝片,壳为SnO2,桥为Al(OH)3或Sn(OH)2的Al@SnO2在弱酸性条件下的制备原理.采用光学显微镜、X衍射、光催化降解效率和耐腐蚀性测试等表征手段,探讨了制备条件对Al@SnO2水性颜料的耐腐蚀性,色相及光催化性能的影响.

Abstract:SiO2 encapsulated aluminum pigment(Al@SiO2)is the most widely used waterborne metal pigment. However, Al@SiO2 is still silvery and the anti-corrosion property in strong alkalinity and acidity media are limited. According to the characteristics of SnO2, if SnO2 is encapsulated on aluminum pigment, the waterborne aluminum pigment with superior corrosion resistance and photocatalytic activity would be obtained. Here, SnCl4/isopropyl as precursor in isopropyl/H2O at weak acidity media, the preparation principle of SnO2 encapsulated aluminum pigment(Al@SnO2)that used aluminum as core, SnO2 as shell and Al(OH)3 or Sn(OH)2 as bridge were studied. The effect of preparation conditions on the anti-corrosion resistance, hue and photocatalytic activity of Al@SnO2 were studied using optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction, anti-corrosion resistance and photocatalytic degradation efficiency test.
