中国汽车工业生产率实证分析

摘    要:目的 探讨造成我国汽车工业生产率低下的主要原因。方法 根据大量统计数据,采用定性和定量的相结合的方法,分析了中国汽车工业的生产率现状,并应用样板比较法,描述中国汽车工业的生产率与世界先进国家的差距。结果与结论 生产集中度,规模劳动自动化程度的技术水平,零部件供应,工人技术水平,产品组合以及竞争压力等是我国汽车工业生产率低下的原因,并提出了规模经营,确定适度关税保护水平的对策。

Abstract:Aim To discuss the main causes of lower productivity of China's auto industry. Methods Based on the necessary statistic data, both qualitative and quantitative methods were used to analyze the current situation of China's auto industry. And the benchmarking method was used to compare the productivity of China's auto industry with the advanced levels. Results and Conclusion The main causes include the degree of concentration of production, scale, labor organization, technology level, supply of parts, labor skill level, product mix and competitive pressure. At last, some policy suggestions were proposed to government, such as expanding scales and lowering import tariff rate of automobile products.
