| 摘 要： | 住房抵押贷款证券化是资产证券化中最基础最具有典型意义的一种,在西方发达国家已取得显著的成就,在我国也已纳入了实施日程。文章首先解释了资产证券化和住房抵押贷款证券化的一些基本概念,然后谈了目前在我国实施住房抵押贷款证券化的紧迫性和必要性,并讨论了住房抵押贷款证券化中各参与主体的功能,最后提出了目前我国住房抵押贷款证券化一些亟待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Housing mortgage loan securitization,as the basic and typical one of the assets securitization,has achieved a lot in western developed nations and is now being implemented in China.The article,after explaining the urgency and necessity of assets securitization,has discussed the functions of the main bodies in housing mortgage loan securitization,and then pointed out some problems which must be solved. |
