摘    要:运用基尼系数产业构成及其变化的产业效应分解方法,对淮海经济区20个地级市经济差异的演化过程进行产业分解.结果发现,1996~2012年,该区地级市经济总差异经历了先扩大、后缩小的倒"U"型变化过程,总体上呈现扩大态势.从基尼系数的产业构成来看,主要是由于第二产业增加值份额过高,且相对集中分布所致;从基尼系数变化的产业效应分解来看,引起区域经济差异变化的主要原因是产业的集中效应与结构效应,且集中效应大于结构效应,而综合效应较小.随着工业化、市场化和城市化进程的加速,第三产业对区域差异变化影响逐渐扩大.

The industrial decomposition of economic inequality evolvement of prefecture-level cities in Huaihai Economic Zone

Abstract:By using the industrial composition and effect decomposition of Gini coefficient and its changes,the evolu-tion process of the economic inequality is decomposed in industry with the units of the prefecture-level cities in Huaihai Economic Zone from 1996 to 2012.The results show that the overall economic inequality of Huaihai Eco-nomic Zone has experienced a inverted-U changing with enlarging first,and then narrowing,and presents an expan-ding trends in a mess.From a view of the industrial composition of Gini coefficient,it is due to the high share of secondary industry and its relatively concentrated distribution.In terms of the industrial effect decomposition of the changes of Gini coefficient,the concentration effect and the structure effect of industry mainly contributes to the re-gional economic inequality,and the former is higher than the later,but the overall effect is low.With the accelera-tion of industrialization,marketization and urbanization,the influence to the regional inequality of tertiary industry is gradually expanding.
