摘    要:将植物油试样放入密封的平衡瓶中,在一定温度下,使残留溶剂气化达到平衡。取液面上气体注入气相色谱仪中测定,再以六号溶剂标准溶液为标准物质绘制标准曲线,测定食用植物油中的溶剂残留含量,建立了食用植物油中溶剂残留的定量测定方法。此方法简单、准确。

Abstract:Put in a sealed sample bottle and in a certain temperature,esidual solvents in edible oil was gasified to balance. The gas was taken to inject into the gas chromatograph for determination of the sample. Standard curve was drawn by No.6 solvent used as reference material to determine content of solvent residues in edible oil and to establish a quantitative determination method for content of residual solvents in the edible oil. The method was simple and accurate.
