| 摘 要： | 刑法推定是一种逻辑思维方法,属法律推定范畴,在刑事立法与司法领域有着重要的运用价值.对刑法推定的理论研究,重心在于方法,但由此揭示出刑法制度所蕴藏的丰富的思想内容,必将展示出刑法推定所独有的魅力,并坚信推定方法在法学领域必定具有更加广泛的应用前景.

| Abstract: | Criminal law inference,a logic thinking and belonging to law inference category,plays an important role in criminal legislation and in the judicial field.Theoretical studies on criminal law inference should focus on finding methods to reveal its rich contents hidden in the criminal law system.The unique charm of criminal law inference is bound to be displayed and further application of the inference in the legal field is expected. |
