基于图像的植物叶面积计算方法的研究

摘    要:以大豆叶片为例,介绍了一种基于象素点的计算叶面积的新方法,该方法采用delphi 编程识别像素点颜色,进而求出叶片包含的像素点数及其面积值.通过理论分析及对比,可以证明,利用像素点计数的方法来求区域面积,不仅简单,而且也是对原始模拟区域面积的无偏和一致的最好估计.

Abstract:Taking laminae of soybean as an example,the authors introduced a new method of calculating leaf area based on pixels of the leaf in a picture,which can recognize the color of a pixel and calculate the area according to the number of the pixels using VB programming.The experiment proved that this method is not only easy to calculate the area,but also the best estimation for non-warp and consistence of the primordial simulation area through theoretical analysis and contrast.
