| 摘 要： | 本文依据我国现行法律规定和相关法学理论,从法律角度揭示了教育产业化的谬误和危害。认为教育产业化性质上已构成对办学自主权的滥用,结果上造成了对公民受教育权的侵害,因而属于一种根本不具有合法性的违法行为。

| Abstract: | Based on the rules and regulations in China’s law and law theory, this paper points out the fault and danger of the market-oriented education from the legal angle. The author believes that the market-oriented education is the misuse of autonomous power in managing colleges and universities, it will endanger the citizen’s rights to receive education, thus, it is illegal. |
