紫外分光光度法测定维生素C含量

摘    要:以甲基紫为抑制剂,加入甲基紫后维生素C的吸收峰有明显的降低。建立了一种新的光度法测定维生素C含量的方法。实验结果表明,维生素C量在1.0~50g/mL范围内服从比耳定律,回收率为98.9%,相对标准偏差3.4%,用于实际样的测定结果令人满意。

Abstract:Using methyl violet as inhibitor,after we added methyl violet into solution theabsorbable peak of ascorbate was obviously fall. A new spectrophotometric method for determiningascorbate was established. The linear rang was 1.0 ~ 50 g mL 1. The recorery was 98.9% and RSDwas 3.4%. The method had been applied to the determination of sample with satisfactory results.
