| 摘 要： | 对重庆市废润滑油处理处置现状进行了调研,着重分析指出了现行废润滑油处理处置方式存在资源极大浪费和对生态环境带来极大危害两方面的负面影响,并对其产生的原因进行了探讨,提出了建立完善的废油回收网络、促进废油再生规模化等解决措施。

| Abstract: | After the survey and analysis of the current situation of wasted lubricant oil treatment in Chongqing,this paper points out that current treatment of wasted lubricant oil has two shortcomings such as wast- ing resources and polluting environment,discusses its cause,makes suggestions such as establishing complete wasted lubricant oil recovery network and promoting wasted lubricant oil recovery scale and so on.The recovery treatment of the wasted lubricant oil,as special energy and resources disposal method,plays an important role in China's sustainable economic development and environment protection. |
