大功率气介声波换能器的研究

摘    要:研究了一种大功率气介声波换能器.该换能器由夹心式功率超声换能器及一个弯曲振动金属圆盘组成;推出了换能器各组成部分的共振频率设计方程;设计了一些换能器振子.实验表明,在小信号条件下,换能器的共振频率测试值与理论值符合很好.在大功率条件下,当输入电功率为200W时,换能器可长时间工作于脉冲状态下,距声波辐射面1m处的声压级可达150dB.

Abstract:A new type of high power air borne transducer is studied. The transducer consists of a longitudinal sandwiched vibrator and a flexcural circular plate. The resonance frequency equations are derived,and some transducers are made.Experiments show that the measured resonance frequencies tinder small electric signal conditions are in good agreement with the calculated results. Under the conditions of high power of 200 W, the transducer can be operated pulsely for a long time and the SPL can reach 150 dB at the distance of one meter from the transducer's radiating surface.
