混沌模拟退火法在下行链路功控中的应用

摘    要:以混沌模拟退火法为基础,提出一种基于分形结构的全局最优化算法,并将其应用于解决同步码分多址(CDMA)移动通信系统的下行链路功率控制问题中,有效地避免了落入局部极小值的情况,通过将下行链路功率控制归结为形式简单的组合优化问题,并适当分析能量函数的连续性与可导性,以及求异过程的特殊性,说明了利用混沌模拟退火法解决此问题的可行性,模拟结果表明,该方法比一般的载波干扰比功率控制了方法性能更优,可获得更低的误码率和更高的信道容量。

Abstract:A novel fractal based global optimization algorithm oriented from chaotic simulated annealing was proposed. It can be applied to solve the problem of downlink power control in a synchronous CDMA system, which can avoid the solution of local optimum efficiently. By changing the problem of downlink power control to a combination optimization one with simple form, analyzing the continuity and derivative of energy function, and explaining the particularity of obtaining derivatives, the feasibility of solving the problem using chaotic simulated annealing algorithm was explicated. Compared with conventional power control method utilizing carrier to interference ratio, the simulation results show that it can achieve lower bit error ratio and higher channel capacity.
