| Abstract: | In this article,the issue was focused on the clone of the CDK6 gene which is located in human genome,and building pMD-18T prokaryotic expression vector,and then linking with the pGL-4 carriers after sequencing.Subsequently we are going to build the mass induced CDK6 protein fragments to be conducted luciferase system testing,thus making research materials for further experiments on the important relationship between regulation of microRNA in tumor cells. |
