| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生能否成功地完成职业选择是顺利就业的关键一步，在个人与社会的双向选择中，毕业生们要存在着6种不同的择业心理，试对他们的译业心理和促使他们择业成功的举措进行分析研究，旨在能对他们的成功择业有所帮助。

| Abstract: | The crux to taking up an occupation lies in whether college graduates can succeed in accomplishing the choice of occupation.In two-way choices of individuals and society,there mainly exist the six psychological factors in the choice of occupation among the college graduates.The paper attempted to analyse and study their psychological factors in the choice of occupation and the move for helping to bring about the choice of occupation,which aimed at being able to assist them to choose occupations successfully. |
