人力资源部门绩效指标体系及科学计量探析

摘    要:对人力资源部门工作绩效进行计量,是世界各国公认的难题。本文从构建多重标准、多向维度以及多元考核主体的人力资源部门绩效考评体系入手,对科学实施绩效计量的前提、依据、关键和核心进行了研究和分析,并引入了岗位重要性调节系数和职位调节系数,对不同岗位员工间工作绩效进行比较,为绩效考核乃至绩效管理的实际运用做出了大胆的尝试。

Abstract:Calculating the performance of human resources sections is a difficult problem,which is recognized by the countries all over the world.Starting with building the performance checking system which has multiple standards,more dimensions and plural checking bodies,the article carries out analysis and researches into the premier,foundations,hinges and nucleus of scientific performance calculations,and also leasd posts'importance regulation coeffcient and positions'regulation coefficient into it.The article makes comparisons on work performance among personnel at different posts,and have a audacious attempt in actual application of performance checking and even performance management.
