提高聚甲醛复合材料耐磨性的正交试验研究

摘    要:用正交试验设计方法和转矩流变仪共混-模压成型方法制备了Ekonol/G/POM复合材料,通过方差和极差分析方法对材料的耐磨性能进行了研究.结果表明:用正交设计方法设计制备Ekonol/G/POM复合材料可大大减少实验次数,提高工作效率;方差分析和极差分析结果一致:即Ekonol的含量对复合材料的耐磨性影响最大,其次是冷却方式.

Abstract:The Ekonol/G/POM composite was prepared by means of the orthogonal experiment design and the torque rheometer blending-compressing model method. A study has carried out on the wear resistance of the material through the analyses of variance and range. The results show that preparing Ekonol/G/POM composite by the orthogonal design can greatly reduce the number of experiments, and enhance the work efficiency. Both the analyses of the variance and range have come to the same conclusion that the Ekonol content is the most important factors to affect the wear resistance of the composite, while the cooling method comes next.
