ICP-AES测定钽中微量元素的基体干扰及其机理研究

摘    要:对ICP-AES测定金属钽中13种微量元素的基体效应及仪器条件变化的影响进行了研究,并对其机理进行了探讨.研究结果表明,钽基体干扰分布与工作条件变化所导致的ICP温度、电子密度、电子运动速度以及分析粒子密度的改变密切相关.

Abstract:The matrix effect of tantalum on the determination of Al, Ca, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn,Mo, Nb, Ni, Ph, Sn and Ti by ICP-AES was studied. The influence mechanism of carrier gas flow, forward power, distance of warp direction and observation height on the matrix effeet of tantalum was discussed. The matrix interferences of tantalum on the determination of trace elements were minimized by optimizing instrumental parameters.
