基于单效溴化锂吸收式制冷机的汽车余热用除霜与供暖装置

摘    要:在汽车空调用单效溴化锂吸收式制冷机的基础上,设计一种同时利用汽车发动机和尾气余热并采用微机控制技术的汽车空调用除霜与供暖装置,该装置一方面能实现冬季发动机低温启动时加快发动机升温速度,使其迅速进入正常工作温度,延长发动机使用寿命,同时也能提升汽车供暖系统的除霜性能,保证驾驶的安全性;另一方面能充分利用汽车余热,实现汽车空调,减少汽车油耗,提高燃料的热能利用率和吸收式制冷机的热力系数.通过对该装置进行热力计算与传热面积计算,结果表明改造后的排汽热交换器和冷却水箱传热面积较小,结构简单紧凑,相对于传统的汽车空调和供暖装置,能耗极少,无环境污染.
